The Loom Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lunar Mansion Studios handles information when people use The Loom account, music-generation, Library, stem, mixing, export, plugin, and subscription features. Account information is used to authenticate access and associate protected customer records with generation history, billing status, purchased credits, saved Library recordings, instrumentals, stems, and plugin approvals.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe. The Loom does not store full payment-card details. Audio-provider and payment credentials remain on protected server infrastructure. Reference-audio analysis is performed in the browser, and the application does not expose provider secrets to customers. The current operational policy is available in the interactive legal page after JavaScript loads.
