The Loom Terms of Service

These Terms define the rules for using The Loom and the responsibilities attached to accounts, subscriptions, creative inputs, generated audio, stems, exports, plugins, and third-party services. Paid memberships include unlimited commercial use for eligible generated tracks. Those rights are non-exclusive and remain subject to the full Terms, applicable provider terms, input rights, and applicable law.

Users are responsible for the prompts, reference material, names, and other inputs they submit. The Loom does not promise exclusivity, guaranteed copyright registration, or ownership of third-party material. Stripe provides secure subscription and credit-pack checkout.
